Domestic Orders (Canada) & International Orders

International customers may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached

  • Return shipping costs, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking

  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged items from the return transit
  • Refunds are issued once the item is received and approved

Final Sale Items

Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.

How to Start a Return

  1. Visit your order confirmation email or customer account

  2. Submit a return request within 14 days of delivery 

  3. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions by email

  4. Carefully package the item and ship it back using your preferred carrier

Refund Timing

Please allow 5–10 business days after your return is received for processing.
Banks and payment providers may take additional time to post the refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at 143@143garments.com and we’ll make it right.

European Union – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

Notwithstanding the above, if your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without providing justification, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

Returned items must be in the same condition in which they were received: unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in original packaging. You must also provide a receipt or other proof of purchase.

Unless the item is defective or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
