Shipping Origin

All orders are shipped from Canada.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Free Shipping

All orders over $400 CAD qualify for free shipping

International Shipping

We ship to select international destinations. Available shipping options, rates, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.

International orders may be subject to local taxes, duties, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in product prices or shipping costs unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Tracking

Once your order ships, tracking details will be emailed to you. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Please contact the carrier directly for delivery issues once the package is in transit.

Pre-Orders

Certain items may be offered for sale on a pre-order basis. When placing a pre-order, you are reserving an item that is not yet in stock and will be produced or shipped at a later date.

  • The estimated shipping window for pre-order items will be clearly stated on the product page

  • Shipping timelines are estimates and may be subject to change due to production, logistics, or other factors

  • Payment is collected in full at the time the pre-order is placed

  • Tracking will be available when product is dispatched

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping details are correct at checkout. We cannot reroute or recover shipments sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
